Design and Development : Design and develop visual concepts for signage projects, including logos, graphics, and typography.

Signage Design : Create designs for various types of signs, including interior and exterior signs, directional signs, and promotional signs.

Software Proficiency : Proficiently use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.

Collaboration : Work closely with our production team, project managers, and clients to ensure design accuracy and effectiveness.

Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the signage industry.

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience : 0-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the signage industry.
• Design Skills : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Understand site details from the sales team.
• Create SLDs with the help of in-house CAD team
• Provide SoW and Operational Narrative for the proposed solution
• Able to review RFPs and find design deficiencies in the document
• Create installation design package to include RCPs, Floor Plans, Rack Elevations, Mounting elevations, and SLDs

• Should be an integral part of all official meetings along with the sales team members for introduction and negotiation, as & when required
• Should be fully aware of all retail opportunities pertaining to the entire team
• Ensure inter dept feedback is provided on a weekly basis
• Awareness on the status of various jobs & ensure all o/s payments are in control
• Ensure that all retail opportunities are recorded in sales forces with appropriate comments / remarks
• Ensure that the entire team is communicating all relevant matters pertaining to opportunities / events only vide on sales force / CRM
• Acknowledge / respond to queries from the client(s) within stipulated timelines
• Ensuring nil complaint from clients by enabling timely & appropriate actions
• Processing all sales orders with technical accuracy & as per the agreed timelines/deadlines
• Supporting the Salesperson by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Communicating with the client on progressive invoicing of the job based on the agreed upon payment terms along with the Salesperson and Finance team’s support.
• Responding to complaints/maintenance request from clients and provide after sales support as needed.
• Keeping the clients posted on unforeseen delays or technical problems
• Monitor the work in progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget - assigning the tasks according to the workflow on the Sales Force / CRM Software in this regard
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that cannot be produced in-house
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

• Develop and implement BIM strategies ,standards ,and protocols across the organizations.
• Establish and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance and industry standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM goals, deliverables, and project-specific requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance in BIM Technology selection, software development, and training programmes.
• Manage creating and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and content to support efficient modelling and documentation processes.
• Oversee clash detection and coordination processes to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Lead the development and implementation of BIM coordination workflows, including model exchange and collaboration processes
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews to ensure adherence to standards, accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.

3D Model Creation : Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

Collaboration : Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure coordination and integration of design elements in the BIM model.

Model Updates : Regularly update the BIM model with new design changes, ensuring that all revisions are accurately reflected and documented.

Quality Control : Perform quality checks on BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements, standards, and best practices.

Clash Detection : Participate in clash detection and resolution processes, identifying and addressing conflicts within the BIM model to avoid errors during construction.

Model Documentation : Assist in generating accurate and detailed 2D drawings, schedules, and reports derived from the BIM model.

Parametric Family Creation : Develop parametric families for building components and systems within the BIM environment to improve modelling efficiency and ensure consistency across the project.

Software Proficiency : Utilize industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and others to model, document, and visualize the project.

Model Coordination : Assist in the coordination and integration of multi-disciplinary models (architecture, MEP, structural) to ensure overall project alignment.
